Working in offices along with handling household chores can bring a lot of stress, which can disturb women’s personal life. Hence stay at home culture gives them ample time to focus exactly on what they want to do, they can track down their things to do list and complete it systematically. Women can learn more about their hobbies and pursue some part-time work or volunteer, which gives them an opportunity to develop the better side of their talent, which they could not explore when involve in professional jobs.

No wonder with so much hype and popularity, this home culture is to stay in US for a long time.
