HEA Making Americans Retarded?
There is a reason that Americans are so f*cking stupid, and that reason is marijuana. However, it is not the fact that people are smoking the sweet sweet cheeba that makes them stupid, it’s getting busted with the smallest amount of the “drug”. Thanks to President Bill Clinton’s aptly named Higher Education Act (HEA), section 483(r), if you get busted with any amount of weed, be it a joint or a pound, you automatically lose your financial aid, which is the only way that many people are able to afford college.
If you want a sure fire way to let your country go right down the shit hole, the best method is to make it impossible for people to better themselves through higher education. The stupider people are, the poorer they are, and the poorer they are, the more they drain federal funds that could be going towards actually helping out America as a whole. With the creation of the Higher Education Act, the feds are doing exactly that, making us stupider and taking away any chance of becoming less retarded by attending college.
According to a poll taken by the National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse of Columbia University, about 33% of college student admitted to smoking weed, and that’s only the percentage of people that actually admitted to using it. By the logic of Bill Clinton and the Higher Education Act at least 1/3 of America’s college students should not be able to get any sort of financial aid because they smoked weed, even once.
At this very moment, there is a Bill floating around congress that would allow people to get student loans even after getting busted with weed. Unfortunately, even as every state in the Union is softening their weed laws, the Federal Government is cracking down hard than ever so the chances of this bill being signed into law is practically nil. So thank you Bill Clinton and the Federal Government for f*cking over thousands and thousands of the best and the brightest that America has to offer.

This is just part of the master plan by those pulling the strings to dumb down the American People.
I saw this plan in progress over my 31 years teaching in the public education system, and it is working.
