Retarded Minds…

The subject of Abortion has divided the United States for decades and has long been one of the hottest debates in American politics. Recently however, in typical American style, people representing both sides are going to such extremes to get their point across that people are literally killing and dying for the right to be able to abort their unborn fetus. Naturally, murdering someone over the subject of abortion is the best way for you to prove that you are a crazy asshole and should not be listened to, but it is not one side of the other that is guilty of committing such heinous crimes in the name of abortion, they both are.

For the longest time, it was all about bombing abortion clinics. Members of the Pro-Life gang showed that they were total hypocritical assholes by murdering people that they felt were murdering others. It was the old eye for an eye tactic, and if anything it created more support for the Pro-Choice crowd then decrease it. Unfortunately those days are over now that Pro-Choice yahoos are going around making everyone else look bad by murdering peaceful Pro-Life activists.

Take the example of Harlan James Drake. Past Friday, he was offended by the fact that Pro-Life demonstrators were posted up at the local school and peacefully expressing their feelings on the abortion debate. Instead of having a civil discussion like normal, rational folks would do, he said f*ck it, picked up his gun, and murdered an old, wheelchair bound, oxygen tank carrying Pro-Life activist in cold blood.

Instead of becoming a martyr of the Pro-Choice movement, he proved that it’s not only the Pro-Life people that are f*cking bat sh*t insane, but also the Pro-Choicers. This act, much like bombing an abortion clinic, does far more bad than good and only exacerbates the situation without solving anything. Of course this will not be the last casualty in the great abortion war, and just like the state of American Political discourse, nothing will be solved until we stop attacking each other and start working together.

Notice the amount of news coverage this killing got.
Then compare it to the amount Tiller’s killing got.
The Pro Life group does not want to promote the fact that the Pro Choice group is just as capable of filling as they are.
Maybe, if people decided that it wasn’t their “RIGHT” to stick their noses in other people’s personal and private business, the abortion issue would go away.

The man you wrote about in your opinion piece killed the “Pro-lifer” not because he was Pro choice but because he had some grudge against a number of people, I guess he hated gravel because his next victim was a man who owned a gravel pit.

I think if we as Americans want to see abortion lessen in this country(It will never really go away even if outlawed) we need to deal with sex in a mature manner but knowing people, good luck.

People are more afraid of a breast being shown to there children then someone being murdered. Sad and odd if you ask me.

I do not know why we males should dictate what women should do with their unborn. Why can’t we let them decide what to do. After all it’s themselves that will suffer internally. It’s not my business to tell them anything about their preganance.
